2. Contest Rules

• Photos must be taken at the specified location
• Photos must be taken through the ClueCam app
• No editing or manipulation of photos is allowed
• One submission per level is permitted
• Users must not share location solutions with others
• Users must respect private property and local laws

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Cheat or attempt to manipulate contest results
• Share accounts or handles with others
• Harass or interfere with other participants
• Submit inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including images, text, and code, is the property of Drenlia Inc. By submitting photos, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them for contest verification and promotional purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

ClueCam is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while participating in contests. Users participate at their own risk and must exercise caution and common sense while searching for photo locations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms or any inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
